Tickets will be purchased for arrival Sunday, Feb. 27 and departure Wednesday, March 2 after 8:30 p.m. or Thursday, March 3. Cost will be the main consideration in purchasing airline tickets.

Shuttle transportation will be reserved for you based upon your flight schedule and notification sent to you.

Reimbursement of expenses

Lodging: only room costs and applicable taxes will be reimbursed.

Airline ticket change fees will not be reimbursed unless authorization is received prior to changing the ticket. Authorization can be received from Dr. Jennifer Hutchings or Kathy Glodowski.
