Instructions to Presenters

  1. Please adhere to the time provided for your presenation.
  2. You can make your presentation using either your own laptop or a Windows machine provided at the workshop. If you intend to use your own Apple Macintosh computer, please bring the correct projector connector with you.
  3. If you intend to make your presentation using the provided Windows machine, please load the slides using your own USB jump drive in the break immediately preceeding your talk. The Windows machine can display PDF and Powerpoint documents, but is unable to display Quicktime animations and Keynote presentations.
  4. We request that you provide a copy of your presentation as either a Powerpoint, Keynote or PDF document that will be made available for download on this website. Keynote presentations will be converted to Powerpoint for download. Presentations should be made available on a jump drive to Andrew Roberts during the first break following your presentation.
  5. A report is being prepared following the workshop on the possible implementation of a Community Arctic System Model. If the workshop committee would like to include figures or slides from your talk in the report, we will explicitly seek your permission. The workshop report will be made available for review by workshop participants before it is published.
