Instrument Platform:
The Weather station consists of a cup anemometer designed for the mountain, and a Vaisala ultrasonic anemometer for comparison, that is connected to a CR1000 Campbell data logger. The PX-503 telemetry system from Polartronix relays the data to Fairbanks. The weather station was put together by Climatec Inc.
