Prior to her current status as a PhD student, Katrina worked as a Hydrologist with the Pacific Climate Impacts Consortium, in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Katrina and her graduate work at IARC is funded through a scholarship from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Council of Canada (NSERC, PGS-D), and support from the National Science Foundation (NSF) and the Alaska Climate Science Center in 2010-2012; and the Alaska Climate Science Center in 2012-2014. Katrina currently (2011/2012) organizes the IARC Seminar Series.
