	Dr. S.T. Lee Endowment The International Arctic Research Center has received an endowment through Singapore philanthropist, Dr. S.T. Lee to establish a "Lecture in Arctic Studies" series. This program will bring prominent scholars in Arctic research to IARC.
	Asahi Beer Science Promotion Asahi Beer Science Promotion Foundation established a section of environmental issues. They fund more than five projects internationally on climate change, air pollution and other issues.
	Seisa Group Seisa Group, a nationwide school system from K12 to university in Japan, fund some of the IARC projects. One of the IARC members is a special lecturer at Seisa.
	Study of Environmental Arctic Change SEARCH is an "interagency effort to understand the nature, extent, and future development of the system-scale change presently seen in the Arctic." Several IARC projects are funded by SEARCH.
