Scheduling
- Please submit your conference
room reservation request here. Your request will be received and reviewed within an hour
of submission during business hours. Please do not call our operations offices directly for conference
room scheduling.
- Please reserve your room at least 48 hours in advance.
- Please allow extra time before and after your event for set-up and clean
up.

Hours:
IARC Conference Room hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. For exceptions,
please contact IARC Operations so that we
may arrange card key access for before and after hours use.
Audio/Visual Equipment & Other Services:
Please see conference room descriptions for what specific equipment is
available in each room.
